Shareholders' Meeting 2025

The Annual General Meeting of BRANICKS Group AG will take place on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, 10:00 a.m. (CEST) (= 8:00 a.m. UTC (coordinated universal time)) as a virtual Annual General Meeting without the physical presence of shareholders or their proxies.

The password-protected InvestorPortal is expected to be available to shareholders from Tuesday, July 22, 2025. The access data for the InvestorPortal will be sent with the personal invitation documents.

Shareholders can use the InvestorPortal to register and exercise their shareholder rights, in particular their voting rights. Voting rights can only be exercised by postal vote or by granting power of attorney and issuing instructions to the proxies appointed by the company, even if third parties are authorized.

The entire Annual General Meeting will be broadcast live for shareholders and their proxies via the InvestorPortal. Please refer to the convening notice and the explanations of shareholders’ rights for the legally relevant information.

• information on the total number of shares and voting rights
