Our experience

Our institutional business features 17 real estate special funds, 8 club deals and 7 separate accounts in the blue-chip commercial properties segment and properties with potential for value growth. In 2020, we launched the largest special fund in company history for a group of German institutional investors, featuring a volume of EUR 1.6 billion.

We have developed and managed individual pool funds and third-party mandate solutions for more than 170 institutional investors, with a managed commercial property portfolio amounting to over EUR 9.9 billion.

Our commercial property management administers more than 1,000 commercial lease agreements and 1,000 contracts with service providers and suppliers. As asset and property managers, we assume full respon­sibility and do everything we can to grow the intrinsic and earnings value of properties.

We provide the essential link between the owners and occupiers of the properties in our care – and we take full ownership of that role. Based on comprehensive re­search and our integrated real estate plat­form, we ensure sustainable growth in income and value.
