Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting 2026

The Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of BRANICKS Group AG will take place on Friday, February 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (CET) (= 9:00 a.m. UTC (Coordinated Universal Time)) as a virtual general meeting without the physical presence of shareholders or their proxies.

Shareholders are expected to have access to the password-protected InvestorPortal starting January 14, 2026. The login details for the InvestorPortal will be sent with the personal invitation documents.

Shareholders can register via the InvestorPortal and exercise their shareholder rights, in particular their voting rights. Voting rights may be exercised – even in the case of proxy authorization by third parties – exclusively by postal vote or by issuing a proxy and instructions to the proxies appointed by the company.
The entire Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting will be broadcast live for shareholders and their proxies via the InvestorPortal.
