DIC Asset AG taps its Corporate Bond from 2014

Today, the SDAX-listed real estate company DIC Asset AG (WKN A1X3XX / ISIN DE000A1X3XX4) will tap its corporate bond 14/19 (WKN A12T64 / ISIN DE000A12T648, issued on 8 September 2014) by up to EUR 50 million, increasing the total volume of the bond up to EUR 175 million. The new notes will be offered in a private placement.

The new notes will have the same terms and conditions as the existing notes, including the maturity date 08 September 2019. The issue and settlement date is expected to be 27 April 2015.

From 27 April 2015 the bonds are expected to be included in the (Open Market) Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (temporary ISIN/WKN DE000A14J694/A14J69) and to participate in the Prime Standard for corporate bonds of the German stock exchange (Deutsche Börse AG). Probably on 8 June 2015, the bonds will be listed under ISIN / WKN DE000A12T648 / A12T64 in the (Open Market) Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and will participate in the Prime Standard for corporate bonds of the German stock exchange (Deutsche Börse AG).

DIC Asset AG intends to use the net proceeds of the placement to refinance existing bank debt at portfolio and property level, and for general corporate purposes.

Bankhaus Lampe is managing the transaction as sole bookrunner.
