As we had reported, two majoracquisitions dominated our activities: At the end of June, DIC Asset AG hadacquired a property portfolio of 15 properties with a total usable area ofaround 95,000 sqm from Häusser-Bau in Bochum. The total investment volumewas around 123 million euros. At the end of May, we were also involved intaking over a property portfolio of 10 properties with a total usable areaof 80,000 sqm from Hochtief.We presume that DIC Asset AG will conclude contracts for comparableacquisitions of a similar size by the end of the year. As a result, we arewell above the plan for the current year. Our success is also determined bythe fact that we are able to let out our portfolio properties with anattractive return.
